Jana Kulan is a former professional volleyball player who moved into coaching and coach education. Her work has taken her through different teams, countries, cultures and learning environments, including national-team coaching and FIVB coach education.
Her interest sits between the technical game and the people playing, teaching and organising it: how people learn, what happens under pressure, and how a coach’s environment changes behaviour.
